PERSONAL (12/31/2007)

I've been neglecting this site lately.  My wife's ill health has slumped — another mini-stroke or two, I suspect — and last weekend she was transferred to Riverside Hospital, with pneumonia on top of everything else.  And with the daily driving, and spending a lot more time with her — along with some family Christmas activities — I've posted little.  
    A few hours ago she died, so it will be a few more days, but I'll get back to you.  And I've been working on a few pieces that as yet consist of notes and rough drafts.

    Also I haven't been responding to your replies.  I'm pretty new at the blog game; and at least for now I'm letting your comments speak for themselves; stand on their own.  At least until I decide that's not working.  Your opinions are welcome.

And I do want to finish a draft of the historical novel Armfelt this winter.
